Hi all. Been trying to get on demand on my hdr1100s, once I type in the password for wifi it keeps saying connecting but nothing happens.
Cant press back or any other button as they dont respond except the power button.
Anyone any ideas how to get connected

What Wi-Fi signal do you get at the units location – you can check with a phone app. Do you have anything strange in the password, special characters or a space – these should be avoided?
Is there anything unusual about your network?
Hi, thanks for your reply. Download is 13.1 and upload is 2.59, password is just lowercase letters and 3 numbers, wifi works with netflix etc with no probs, have humax freeview in another room and internet no problem but cant connect with on demand freesat
