Hi guys, just bought a Humax 5000t 1tb, initially it set up fine then 3 days later it wouldn’t turn on,then I only got the Humax screen, then it said software update : current update was all filled in with correct info but on the other side all the info was missing & replaced with “unknown”, does anyone have a screenshot of this as I am having problems with the vendor but forgot to take a pic of this page thanx

Was it new when you bought it? If so it’s under warranty so return it and get a new one.
