The recorded programme list can take a minute or so to load just after a boot especially if you have a lot. Simply press exit wait a minute or so and press the recordings button again.

Do you mean recorded programmes or programmes on the programme guide?

When you press the recordings button on the remote and select programme what do see ?
Alongside the blue highlighted Programme there is a white oval that tells you how many recordings you have mine says 240. At the top right is a pie chart that tells you total recordings and how much space you have for more recordings.
Hi trev I mean recorded programs.Tonight I recorded 5 programs and everything seems fine.But all the other recordings have disappeared

I have not done anything for this to happen. I have recorded five recordings today and have all appeared on the programme list

Tell us the exact button sequence you pressed to look at what you have recorded.
Did you choose to record the complete series or just the one programme from the prompt from the epg ?
Did you press OK from the epg or press the recording button when you set the recording ?
OK gives you the options to record the whole series or just the one programme.
Record lets you create a recording of the whole programme provided the box was tuned to that channel when you were viewing the channel. This uses the box cabability to use the time shift buffer that enables live pause.
Suspect you don’t know the difference between
Recordings – Complete recordings already on your hard disk. Either one off or series recordings within a series folder.
Scheduled – Recordings that will be recorded within the next 7 days within the current available epg content.
Your answers are too vague as to give us a clue what the issue is,
