I have to press the forward & back buttons several times before it will work as it should. 🙄 The same applies to all the buttons on the remote (press several times). I bought it from john Lewis, so is it worth talking to them do you think? Just to mention…I also took out their “Added Care ” policy. But really wanted to know if this is a common fault b/4 I take it further. It’s amongst the most responsive of the newer Humax models. Get it replaced either via your retailer or via Humax. The FVP-5000T remote is a different question. Not the remote the box has a slow UI. Went through a couple of things with the guy, and he came to the conclusion (at last!!!) that it needs replacing. just had to answer some questions etc on an email he sent. So, job done (fingers crossed) Thanks again guys.
