Just a quick question to you all. Not very tech minded sorry. Does it matter which way round the tuner cables are connected for recording etc. Just moved house and not sure if got them correct way round as keeps saying recording clash when it actually isn’t.

No it does not matter which way around the connections are. Each one must however complete an electric circuit.
Do a freesat tune and watch for the message confirming two connections.
