Everything else works at home eg without using the humax box. What should we do next? We’re getting the WiFi won’t connect to the internet ‘WLAN not configured’ November 2, 2019 at 12:48 pm #92840 grahamlthompsonParticipant Chris2019 – 7 mins ago » We’ve no internet connection from this box. Easiest way may be a pair of home plug adaptors. How close is your ISP router to your 5000T ? Is it reachable using a network cable ? https://www.amazon.co.uk/TL-PA4010PKIT-Passthrough-Powerline-Configuration-Required/dp/B01G5Q9E0O/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=homeplug+adapters&qid=1572698877&sr=8-4 November 2, 2019 at 12:56 pm #92841 Martin LiddleParticipant Chris2019 – 15 mins ago » We’re getting the WiFi won’t connect to the internet ‘WLAN not configured’ The obvious question is have you configured the WiFi by inputting the SSID and WiFi Passphrase? In a typical simple home network, the WiFi connects to the router and the router connects to the internet. These are two completely different and separate functions of the router.
