Is it possible to set a recording remotely when away from home? I can use my phone to set recordings while on the same network, but this is pointless as I can just use the normal remote. It would be handy when away from home if you realised that you forgot to set a recording.
Would you like to give us a clue as to which box you are referring to please?
Let’s guess you are using a FVP4000 or FVP5000. There is an app called HUMAX TV Guide which works over mobile networks. Alternatively point any browser to MyHUMAX.NET (not this forum!) – register or logon and go from there. You have to setup remote recording on the FVP. There are quirks but I won’t go into those now till you have got further.
