A quick query for anyone – can the 1800t mainboard run a 3.5″ hard drive? I have just opened one up for the first time and noted it has a 2.5″ 320gb drive; I’m looking to install a 500gb 3.5″ drive.
Found the answer on another post – need to upgrade with a 2.5″ drive. I thought the box was a little light!

The external power supply you have is a lower power device than came with the larger form factor devices.
