    Hi all, I am trying to record on a station that says “Please rescan now”. I have taken this to mean that it needs to be retuned, however, this option is not available through settings. The only setting available is a signal test which really doesn’t help and the other three are greyed out. Anyone have any ideas please?

    Was the box recording or about to record when you saw the greyed out menu items? If so this is normal, simply wait until all recordings have stopped. If not recording but still seeing greyed out menus then the box is in an odd state; put it into standby, wait until the hard drive stops spinning and turn off the power for 10 seconds, then turn on the power again and see if you can now access the greyed out menus.
