As far as i am aware it should be possible to download files to the 5000T hard disk but I can find no way to make this happen. I can successfully upload files from th 5000T hard disk to my PC (using windows explorer) but cannot go the other way. There is a menu option which says this must be enabled by checking a box but whether I check the box or not I cannot transfer files down to the 5000T. Has anybody else had this problem?
I have now tried filezilla FTP and got the following error messages:
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,2,49,235,54).
Command: STOR Cheat E04.mp4
Response: 550 Cheat E04.mp4: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error after transferring 524,288 bytes in 1 second
I have not set up a password on the 5000T.
I am not particularly technically competent so am probsbly doing something wrong but have no idea what. Any suggestions?
