Without knowing which Humax Box you are using, not a clue. Imagine no one else will either.
Generally there is a option to switch the keyboard between, upper case. lower case and other characters.
If your password is very long or includes obscure characters there may be an issue. Without the Humax box and the platform. Freesat+, 2nd Generation Freeview+, Youview, FreeviewPlay etc,
Post what box you are using, then someone with the same kit you are using may well be able to help.
Without this info then this forum provides support for lot’s of Humax boxes, Satellite based, terrestrial (aerial supplied etc.
To others, please identify what box you have, The model number is on a label on every- box
