FVP-5000T FreeviewPlay not working

Up to yesterday FreeviewPay was working OK. Now when I try to watch a program from FreeviewPlay it just starts buffing and it will not play the program.

I have checked my Network Connection Status and it is OK ,I have checked my router connection to FVP-5000T and that is OK. What next ?
