    I’ve noticed in the last few days where a film is split by the news or something else, it only records the first part, not the second.

    I’m having to record both parts, when previously I didn’t.

    Will be a broadcaster issue not a machine fault.

    Channel 5 are the worst offenders for this, though not exclusively so. The wife set a film to tape on the True Christmas channel the other day. Halfway through there was a break for ‘Sony Film news’. Part 2 of the film did not record.

    It goes without saying that somehow ‘it was all my fault’. 😯

    Yes, The Christmas channel was the main culprit, but fortunately they repeat the same films over and over again, so I was able to re-schedule it.

    I’m waiting for “If You Believe” to be shown this year starring a ten year-old Hayden Panattiere. You could tell she’d make the transition from child actress, to an adult star. Many don’t
