That’s because you can only use the services that Freeview-Play provide.
Welcome to our forum. If you want that sort of freedom you need to buy a different box. Basically because they are supported by FVP servers.
Thanks, I nearly bought the Panasonic pvr, as that has the amazon prime app as well as freeview play. But thought the Humax was better and I would be able to add it. Not to

Get a fire TV Stick
Better still a TV Stream Box (same price as Amazon Fire Tv Stick) with Mini Keyboard works great.

If you’re looking for a one-stop box that encompasses top quality TV reception, media player and all the streaming apps you definitely will not find it at the price point of the Humax and similar boxes.
The TV showing on the 5000T page of the Humax site is therefore misleading???

There are also a limited number of apps available from the myhumax.net site – but they are not very useful IMHO.
