Where did that come from?
My 4000T just got updated to 1.03.45.
Not seen any differences yet.
I had a prompt tonight to confirm the privacy and T&Cs. The software version has changed to UKTFAE 1.03.45 with a date of 02 Aug 2018.
I will assume just minor changes/bug fixes.
No release notes on the Humax Support site yet. Lets hope some of those minor niggles have been fixed like not updating the EPG when left in standby (big niggle) and the channel logos disappearing at random.
I thought last night there was a thread saying the 5000T had updated as well. Just checked mine and it is still 37 with nothing new available. Did I misread that or was it a mistake?
Hi A1944 It was no mistake, the update was for the 4000t, not the 5000t
I had a terms & conditions agreement to tick as well,
However it wasn’t an update.
Yes, it must have been a mistake. I have just rechecked my browser history and it shows a thread “FVP5000T Software Update – 1.03.45” which is no longer here. Obviously I cannot see who posted it, but I read it at 2304 last night.
Threads were merged.
My FVP 5000T updated, 4000T have not to date so presume it is a phased roll out.
No prior knowledge of this unfortunately.
I have just run a “check for new software” procedure and nothing was found. Currently on 1.03.39 dated 12 Jan 18. This is on 4K machine. R-

That is interesting, so it is the 5000T as well then, but not yet all because mine found nothing on doing a search. Or is the search looking for OTA? Am I right in thinking that only online updates happen now, not OTA?
Be interested to see the details of the update when you can squeeze them out of Humax Towers.
Updates now via IP or USB only.
I’m guessing it is a phased rollout as my FVP 4000T’s do not find new software…more if and when I get info from Humax Towers.
Update details:
Privacy policy update aligned with GDPR.
Minor time error bug fixed.
It is a phased roll out – plan is to go unlimited next week.
Edit: Also of course aligns the software version for both units.
Is that it? Does nobody in the development team read this forum and see all the user’s issues which have been raised? I realise that it is not a Humax based forum, but they could actually look at it for information.

I’ve just had a look on my 5000t, and it has downloaded an update which wasn’t there yesterday morning.
this update has the release date of 2nd August2018.
So yes there is an update being rolled out as Barry stated.
