Recent purchase of a T2000 after our old and loved Humax box died. Sadly the picture is constantly pixelating skipping, jumping or scrambling.

All cables are secure and of good quality. Any recommended fixes welcome.

Are you having pixellation on all channels?

    Hi there,

Thank you for your reply. It appears to be mostly the HD channels. It also seems to be worse later in the evening. After watching today during the day it was no where near as bad.

From what you have said you have an issue.

To try and see if anyone can work out what that issue is you will need to spend time posting more detailed information about the issue.

For starters exactly which HD channels are OK and which are not?

Also name some other channels have you seen the issue on and name other channels you think have been OK.

There have been a lot of transmission changes recently and your issue may just coincidence with you purchase. Which transmitter or transmitters do you receive from? If you don’t know that then what is your nearest town?

    Thank you for your reply.

    All available HD channels pixelate.

    They are;

    BBC1 HD

    BBC 2 HD

    ITV HD

    CHANNEL 4 HD

    CHANNEL 5 HD

All other normal channels are ok.

We live in Worthing and are tuned into the SE region.

Pixellation happens every couple of minutes approximately. It sometimes goes to a black screen for a second or too as well.

    Hope that answers your query.

    Thanks again for your assistance.

    Ali.
