Recording Failure

    Hi, I have two DTR 1000 T models one in the bedroom and one in the lounge, both operaste correctly but for the bedroom one which repeatedly fails to record.

    It accepts all recording instructions and records some but the majority when you got to the “My TV” section it is to discover that most of the things you told it to record are there but have the message “Recording Failed” on the list of recordings.

    I have done a factory reset and a software update snd also an internet recovery to no avail.

    I cannot understand why it does not do the recordings and would apprecdiate any advice on how to get out of this loop
