I set up some favourite Channels lists based on the channel multiplexes. I named the favourite channel using the multiplex name however the naming of “D 3&4 23_46” the list existed on the EPG and ADD SCHEDULE recording facility but when selecting it in Settings >Channels >favourites it was not possible to bring the list up or change the title.

I renamed two of the other favourite lists with this same title with the same result

I had to do a factory reset and start all over again to get out of this and this time used title of ITV A instead of D3&4 and that was OK

I have the feeling that the problem was start the title with D

Only a problem when you want to make changes but it does seem to require a factory reset to get out of it and all that entails
