    I can’t see any Apps except iPlayer, ITV, CH 4, Ch 5, UK TV Play, Freeview Explore, BBC News, BBC Sport and Info. I’ve tried powering off and turning back on no change. Can anyone advise ? I dpn’t know what’s going on. Thanks.

    Still present on my 5000T.

    I had this on the 4000T, deleted cookies within the freeview page and they came back.

    Freeview button > Players > navigate to the ‘i’ in the top right > press plus > select yes.

    Hi RawkBob,

    Thanks for the reply.

    It wasn’t actually solved using your method but it put me on the right track.

    It turns out that I had to go into the privacy policy and agree and reboot. If you didn’t agree to the privacy policy you can’t use the Netflix and some other apps.

    Hi. I have the same problem. I have deleted cookies and that didn’t work. I have found the privacy policy but that doesn’t give me any options to select? Thanks
