My On Demand sometimes just will not load up, I was watching a series and when I went back to resume play all I had was a blue page, What is the problem, I am with Virgin Media, Hope I have posted this in the right area as I am knew and glad to meet you all
Hi welcome to our forum. Login to your router and check the last time your router was re-booted. I had a similar problem with a Virgin Router after a software update, it would re-boot several times a day. Virgin had to replace it with a newer model.
