Since 26th April the display of MyTv has been missing the still images of the shows on Recordings – just a blue square with the show name etc. The pictures are still on the Scheduled page however.

Anyone else having this problem of if you have the same box and ok?

The HDR1000/1010/1100S are satellite boxes so there is no local transmitter.
Guessing you may have one of the Freeview Play units FVP-4000/5000T or a YouView DTR-xxxx unit, though other than the transmitter I don’t recognise the data you posted from any Humax box. If so if you can confirm which box you own someone may be able to help. I guess a friendly moderator will move it to a more appropriate thread when this info is posted.

A search on “3.2.92 abd44b” reveals posts on YouView community.
If it is a Youview box then I believe it downloads those graphics from the server so if there is any problem reaching the server then you won’t see the graphics. Often get this. Would rather I could switch back to the old list format with no graphics personally.
