3 weeks ago I refused an order from Humax for a delivery because it was ordered in error. Last Friday after numerous emails to them, they admitted it was in their warehouse and I would get a refund once it was checked. This is now Thursday and I have sent yet another email to them asking what the hold up is. They are quick to send things out but extremely slow in refunds. It was delivered by DPD and wasn’t even opened by me and signed refused and they have said they have it so why the delay? Getting beyond a joke waiting for this..
