    Hi

    I have just bought a 2nd hand 4000T and whilst it is great after using the menus for a day or so the menu transparency seems to switch to nearly full so I cant see menus. Setting menus to transparent or black has no effect on this situation. Power off on is the only way I can find to get the box useable again. I suspect it needs a firmware upgrade. Can anyone help?

    I had this happen on my FVP-4000T. In the end, a factory reset cured it.

    already done factory reset. I will try the other thread for firmware update.

    I have tried this now and my box was already on the jan 2018 build so found no new updates.
