    I was watching Programme 1(which had previously been paused for 5 minutes) when Programme 2 was due to start being recorded. A “Conflict” warning came on screen and I had to cancel either the paused programme 1 or the programme 2 recording?

    Both satellite feed are showing strong signals. Why can’t I record one programme while watching another programme

    Try Menu-Settings-System Information – Signal Info

    What does it say at the bottom of the screen Freesat box connected with ? cable.

    Tuner 1 and Tuner2, Signal and Quality all “Good”

    What channels were the two involved. Were you recording the first one as well as pausing it live ?
