Has anyone had problems purchasing from Humax Direct?
Been trying since Sunday to purchase a FVP 5000T 2TB but when got to the payment section I kept getting a Sage Pay error (Credit Card and Paypal option).
Sent them an email no response.
Tried calling but was on hold so after 10 mins so I gave up.
Not much joy with the Chat feature either.
I know this model type is exclusive so I guess I will have to wait from them to resolve the issue.
Latest update:
Humax are currently experiencing higher-than-normal traffic due to Black Friday promos, which is causing some issues.
Can you please try again, and report back to Forum so I can update Humax online marketing manager.
I don’t know what you mean by ‘exclusive’? It’s on sale at Amazon, pc world. Whether you buy it from anywhere online it’s still covered fully by the distance selling act inc the same guarantee.

Not the 2TB That is currently only sold by Humax Direct.
Just an update. Tried again this morning and was successful.
Before placing the order, I was able to get a response via Chat who did confirm that there was some technical issues with Sage pay that have now been resolved.
