    Turned box on tonight. On Demand apps have all disappeared except for 6. No Netflix, Utube etc.

    What is going on?

    No Barry, just checked, still only six apps present. The software info shows it was the latest update in June 2017

    All 15 present on my HDR-1000S

    Who is your ISP and make model of router ?

    Is box connected by network cable, Power Line or wirelessly ?

    Have you tried rebooting the router ?

    I had the same thing today. Turns out that the Ethernet cable to the box had been disconnected.
