I got a 4 tuner humax a couple of weeks ago and it’s glitching out on me already. It’s recorded several show that won’t play and give me the message something like “Can not support this video format due to unsupported file format”. How on earth can it not recognise a format that it recorded itself? When I first set it up, I did a software upgrade. Can someone shed some light on this for me please? Should I return it and get another one?

Do they play if you leave it with the message on screen for a few seconds?
Failing that try contacting technical support for your region
Hi Barry, thanks for the quick reply. No, it won’t play at all. The message comes up and then it just goes back to the screen that says play or delete. I will contact technical support. Thank you.
