Hello, I had this same problem 3 years ago and exchanged the box. But each time I turn it on there’s no sound. This is with either a scart or hdmi connection. I have done a re-set and that didn’t help. Also have done the usual switching on and off.

The sound has returned but at random occasions and often after several hours. The only consistent thing is that on switching it on for the first time in a day there is no sound at all.

Anyone got any solutions please?
