I have 2 FVP4000T units. I purchased one from PC world about 4 months ago, and one from ebay about a month ago.

The one I purchased from ebay was not new, but in as new condition, I noticed the remote control is a RM-L03 rather than the RM-L08 I got with the new unit.

I originally had the ebay unit plugged in to my TV in the living room, but noticed an annoying issue with it. On 50FPS content, like EastEnders and other 50fps content I notice the picture goes randomly from perfectly smooth to slightly juddery, maybe only for a few seconds.

I’ve swapped the units and moved the one that demonstrates the problem upstairs, and confirm that the problem occurs after I’ve moved it to a different TV.

Is there anything that I can do to get this sorted, given I purchased it off ebay? It’s quite annoying!

Also, I HATE the RM-L03, but RM-L08 replacements seem to cost around £30, anywhere I can obtain a replacement at a more reasonable price?

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

Did you try altering the output resolution setting in:

    Home

    General Settings

    Video

    Resolution

    Hi Barry, thanks!

Yes, I’ve tried several different settings in that menu.
