Software update – can't access on demand

    Since the 26th June software update to UKSFAC 3.00.77 I can no longer access on demand services other than Netflix.

    When I select for example Iplayer, it takes me to the setting screen, checks the internet connection is OK, but provides no option other than all the different settings, none of which show anything amiss. The back button simply exits to live TV.

    If I select Netflix, that works fine. All other on demand services simply place me in the settings screens.

    Strange behaviour.

    First thing to try would be a factory reset.

    First thing to try would be a factory reset.

    First thing I would try is putting the box into standby and then turning the mains power off for 10 seconds and then restarting. If that doesn’t work then yes I would agree on the factory reset as the next option.

    Reinstalled the latest software from a USB stick instead of direct. Done factory reset (for the second time). No difference. Sometimes I get the message “Incorrect Link” when selecting IPlayer.
