Hi

My Humax suddenly deleted all my recordings and will not record using “R” button or via “OK-record”. On settings it says I need to add a hard disk. I tried updating, rebooting and factory resetting. Obviously my hard disk failed. Except that when I added a removable disk it recognised it, formatted it OK but I still cannot record, which I cannot work out.

Is this a software issue? Has anyone had similar problem
