Several times since the last software update this has happened. I turn on and press the guide. Sometimes there is no info. and I get the rotating “I’m thinking” icon. This just sits there. If I am lucky I can come out of the guide. Whether I can, or not, I then find that none of the buttons get a response

I can’t call up recordings, or the guide. I can’t even turn over the channels. I have tried a full switch off & on again. After reloading everything it is still stuck on the one channel.

If I then leave it, after about 15/20 minutes it suddenly works normally. Any ideas?
