I have recently bought a FVP-4000T 500GB ‘Mocha’ & have it connected to a BT Home Hub 2 router. I have installed the latest software update. I have tried wired & wireless connections. It does connect, but at random intervals it resets (reboots) the BT home hub several times an evening & then reconnects to the network. Does anyone have a solution?

BT HUB 2 is a very early Router. Ask BT to replace it with HUB 4 ? which in my case they did for free.
My OH has just received a Hub 6 to replace a Hub 3 So I guess that’s the latest.
I don’t know what it is about BT hubs but they seem to cause more problems than other makes in sustaining a connection.

Would definately get an upgrade to BT Hub 6 – much better overall.
