This message is normally displayed when a channel cannot be received. It can be down to several reasons.
This can be on several channels especially if your LNB is failing. However this is not likely to cause only HD channels to fail, Can you test more channels please.

Cannot be random (Though might appear so) Because of the way a lnb works the transponder carrying a number of channels has 4 basic parameters ( the satellite box switches the lnb into the appropriate mode to receive the specific channel)
1 Low frequency band and horizontal polarisation (LBH)
2 Low frequency band and vertical polarisation (LBV)
3 High frequency band and horizontal polarisation (HBH)
4 High frequency band and vertical polarisation (HBV)
Identifying which channels you may be missing helps a lot to find what may be missing. Your dish may have moved for instance due to bad weather.
In addition
Each transponder has a specific frequency, faults with the lnb, some local interference source or water getting into the coax can knock out a specific range of frequencies. To test this you need to check one channel from each transponder to see if a particular frequency area is affected.
To test this you need to check one channel on every transponder.
Initially to make it as simple as possible check reception on the following channels which should help to reduce the number of channels to look at.
Low Band Horizontal – Lowest Frequency
104 Channel 4
Low Band Horizontal – Mid Frequency
505 Vintage TV
Low Band Vertical – Lowest Frequency
124 More4
Low Band Vertical – Mid Frequency
142 True Ent
Low Band Vertical – High Frequency
511 VIVA
Very few High Band Channels
High Band Horizontal
508 Kiss
High Band Vertical

If you post which of the above you can get, we will have a much better idea as to what the issue is.
Depending what you post we may suggest additional tests.
