My mother has a FVP04000T freeview recorder box paired with a RM-L03 remote.
All has worked well until the last couple of days but now the “home” button on the remote won’t bring up the menu – the remote is obviously transmitting something as the light comes on when the button is pressed, but no action on the recording box.
Everything else works fine – it will change channel by number or arrow, volume etc – just the home button is the issue.
Any ideas?
Same problem here, phoned Humax and they say they are sending me a new remote.
