Can someone please clarify about remote for HDR Fox T2 machines. I already own one of these boxes and recently bought another from eBay however the remote didn’t appear to be the same as it said YouView rather Humax. I contacted the seller and he said something about the fact the YouView remote is necessary as it won’t conflict with my other Humax box and that all DTR machines come with it (even though it’s not a DTR!). Is what he’s saying correct?
I’m not arsed which remote I have as long as it works, however I can’t figure out how to access recorded programmes on the new box because the YouView remote appears to have no ‘Media’ button.
I’m confused – can anyone help please?
He’s wrong. The normal remotes can be set to work with any box other than the Youview boxes so you can have up to 6 in the same room.

You may be able to access recordings via the Menu button.
