Hi people,
Get my 1100s today and can’t figure out what I need to do about geoblocking.
I’m in Ireland and use sky broadband.I’m new to this and ‘non-techie The advice so far about changing ip address seems risky and I don’t understand it properly.

A smart DNS service is the best way to go. You will need to check that they support the services you need.
These service works by you changing the DNS services ip address on your router or on the PVR it’s self.
Changing on your router will enable all your network to use these services.
To get the PVR to offer an manual address you will need to turn off the DHCP server on your router and go into network settings and use connect now. It will time out and then offer manual settings.
