HumaxRW and PVR 9300t – Permission Denied

    Using HumaxRW.

    I now have the disk and a caddy to plug it into. I have not allowed windows to initalise the drive and when I go into the computer management -> disk management the disk is listed as disk 1 but everytime it ask I tell it not to initalise the disk.

    So using humaxrw I get the following output when trying to list the contents of the disk.

    C:blahblah>humaxrw 1: -l

    \.PhysicalDrive1: Permission denied

    can anyone help please

    Sorted – had to run the cmd window as the adminstrator and can now see the contents of the disk
