Hi – I’ve installed the Humax TV Guide app on Android and registered on myhumax.net but I can’t log in to the app – it says “incorrect username or password”. When using the same login details I can login to the myhumax.net site no problem.

I’ve tried deleting the app, setting up a new account with a different email address and the same happens.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
