Recovering deleted programs:
i’m a newbie to this model and this morning I accidentally deleted all my recordings. Is there any way of recovering them ?!

Are you sure you deleted them?
Try putting unit into standby, wait 2 minutes, disconnect power to unit wait a few seconds then reapply power and switch on unit.

I managed to download some through Iplayer on my iPad & catch up on my Sky+ box but it’s a pity that there isn’t a deleted category to recover on the humax as there is on the skybox or download system on the Humax’s On Demand function.
i’m not sure! as I don’t have any recordings I can’t access the options but I wanted to delete four episodes of one program and somehow I managed to press a button that was deleting everything and I couldn’t stop it – even by turning off the machine!! I will know better next time ! but thanks for your help, Barry
hi Barry I now know what I did wrong – I pressed select all meaning all 4 programs of the one title but it meant all programs! Maybe you could suggest to the engineers that they add recover deleted programs as in the skybox, please! For thickies like me 😳
