Please can anyone help.
My 9150T sporadically fails to record programmes I have set. It appears to re-boot itself if I switch the machine off and on again but doesn’t always.
Can anyone offer any thoughts please?
Are there new software updates for the machine that I am missing maybe? if so, how do I download them?

A very very common rectification for this is to retune following these instructions:

In fact it is so common that it is worth you trying before discussing any further!
