Ok–so easy question–REALLY REALLY EASY QUESTION-plse how do i add an app to my family apps on my freesat/freetime box….I have opened an account, signed in, have no idea what my registration code is ( IT IS NOT locatable anywhere on the humax -and when logged in to my account on my PC–there are no instructions to on how to add an app–there is even an on screen apology !
This is all a MESS–how can something so simple be soo complicated .Surely if no other apps are addable–the site should just say so–and not waste peoples time ,signing in, giving personal details, and sending customers nowhere!
MOST UNSATISFACTORY-Has anyone else been utterly foxed by this runaround?
Yes I have, I have been trying for two days to get a connection. I have entered my router Wifi password which has been accepted by my brand new Humax HDR 1800 and each time I click on Humax TV portal it comes up with connection failed. Is this a common problem?
