I am not seeing a pairing code, this is my second box with same fault, also see no on demand or showcase. Internet connections show DNS established, so problem is the Freesat servers as far has I can see. Anyone else having the same problems????
I have a HB1000 that had been powered off completely for some weeks. On powering up last week it took around 3 hours before on-demand and showcase were populated.
