when I try to play any of my recorded programs, I get the the message ‘unsupported format’ Any help please.
Forgot to add, I have a HDR 1000s freesat box which until recently had the usual problem of the hard drive not being recognised. This sorted itself out earlier this week.
I had the same recently, unplugged and the reboot and all was fine
