    Hi,

    I have a Humax HDR-2000t and I am trying to tune the remote so that it controls my TV also.

    My TV is a JVC 42c550. I’ve followed the procedure in the manual and used all of the JVC codes it gives and cannot get it to work for anything!

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks as you just prompted me to do it. :)

    My Samsung worked with code 231. I dont really need the telly to be controlled by it as I have the tv remote fairly handy and my settings are preset so I can just adjust the Humax volume

    I wouldnt have thought it worked with a JVC but I know how niggly it can be as I had this problem a while ago when my product just wasnt recognised by my Humax 8000 It wasnt the end of the world though as I just had the tv remote handy

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

    A minefield nowadays as to who actually manufactures some TV’s.

    Not sure who the OEM is for the JVC Brand name, but try codes for Logik, Mitsubishi see if any of them work.
