Has anyone else enabled remote recordings and registered it on myhumax.net, then looked at their schedule online or in the app?
On the 4000T, the schedule appears correct, shows recording icons in the guide, etc.
But looking on myhumax.net and the tv guide app, the schedule is complete nonsense – missing schedule entries, multiple entries of the same name with odd channel / times, guide entries not showing that it is set to record, etc.
Anyone else seen the same issues?
I’ve been getting the same issues as well. When the EPG on the app or website is populated, I’ll tap on a programme but it will lead to a blank screen with just empty boxes where the information should be. There are also no options to set recordings.
On the box, I’ve switched remote recordings on and done the registration.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
