I bought this machine some years ago. It stopped showing some channels earlier toady, eg. 5USA. I tried to autotune and first of all it worked recognising my post code but although the channels such as USA5 were recognised they still did not work. When I tried to auto tune again the machine said my post code was invalid. Per the trouble shooting guide I manual tuned and it worked and although there is now semblance of order re channels I can watch channels so once again I tried auto tune but I met the same problem with invalid post code and of course I have no lost the channels accessed via manual tune.
Can anyone help?
5 USA, like the freesat transponder is on a horizontally polarised transponder. You can try a manual tune for 11428 H if you can’t get this you will not pass the postcode check.
Sounds like a failing LNB.
The channels you got on a manual tune if you can identify them you could check against the first column for a ‘H’ to see if you get any horizontally polarised frequencies.
