Seems that this is a recurring problem for Humax users. The usual message of ‘On Demand not available’. However – if I select a programme from Showcase that happens to be on BBC iPlayer, I can not only watch that programme, but also get access to the BBC iPlayer home page. Another Showcase programme that was on E4 however, allowed me only access to that programme and no way of going to the E4 home screen.
All other on demand content is not available.
Yes I’ve tried factory reset, checking latest software and all the rest of that.
Working for me on a 1010S updated to latest software and 1100S not updated as yet, however on both On Demand took time to populate with the icons.
Edit: Now checked a HB and HDR 1000S that have been on for a while, and icons missing on them.

Still have message not available on HDR1000S, been on BBC1 HD for over an hour. Still on old software.

Just re-appeared on HB after a standby cycle.
Will try that after current recording finishes. Still loading on my box.

Did not work on my HDR 1000S, will leave on again for a while.
Mine working again after two reboots.
