Being a new Humax customer this week, I have emailed Humax to ask on next OS update.
Next OS update can we have option to condense the EPG so it shows more than 6 channels….Please ?.
Humax have been producing TV PVR Reorders for years yet act as if they are new to the game. My previous Digihome TV Recorded had for 10 years and the setting & options are excellent.
We bought Humax this time thinking they must know after all past years knowledge know what it’s about ???.

Have to agree with you have you also noticed if you change channels using the up / down keys the channel you are moving to is shown and the name of the program you have just left very confusing

Have you changed the ‘Info Display Time’ in General Settings, On-Screen Display to less then 5 seconds? – a known issue.
Barry. Yes I did look at the 5 second option, but no option to condense EPG to show more channels.

Hi Barry display was set to 4 sec but have dropped it to two to see if that makes any difference

You need to increase to 5 or more.
o okay I thought you said decrease will try that
