Hi I have a humax-HDR -10005 freesat box and if I’m recording a program it won’t let me change to certain channels it comes up with cant change channels while recording any one else have this problem

It sounds as if your box thinks it only has one lnb connection (I take it you have two ?).
Check settings – System Information – Signal Info. It should say Freesat box connected with 2 cable.
If it doesn’t power off box and check the f connector on tuner 2 in.
Make a note of your recording schedule and carry out a factory reset.
